Shipment processing times
- We ship from Aix-en-Provence (France). Our gloves are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope ( cm26x22x3 )
- All Orders made before 12:00 pm are processed the same day . Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1 or 2 days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping method:
- Postal service with tracking. For France, the tracking indicates only the delivery in the postal box.
- DHL Express

Customs, Duties and Taxes
VIRAGE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
VIRAGE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the goods:
- were received in the last 14 days
- are in the original packaging except if you are requesting a different size.
- Due to personal hygiene, have not been used and only wear once to check the size
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

If you return the goods requesting a different size, we will ship the new size free of charge as soon we receive the one returned.
If you return the goods caused by a defect, we will indicate you the service to use and we will refund the shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund or ship a new pair without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
